How to return the item:

2-Arrange appointment to receive the item and we will arrange for the item to be delivered by one of our shipping providors

3-Return the item Re-packing the item as its original packaging then hand it over to the representative of transportation company

4-Refund When receiving the item we will check on its condition and then return your money

There are some cases where it is difficult for us to support return:

1-If the return is requested over the time frame which is 14 days or 30 days for defective or non-conforming products from the day of receipt.

2-If the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition that you received it.
